Purpose of foundation
Through member-based Phama Tech Business Center
operation, a technology transfer organization, we pursue to maximize R & D productivity through efficient use of external capacity.
To expedite members’ outsourcing (licensing, technique transfer, cosponsored research, and technique investment), we overcame in-house R & D limitations through various activities, such as open/closed meetings, business fair, partnering forum, dispatch of foreign technique negotiators, technique export promotion, internal/external excavation of promising technology, providing of technology transfer information, and innovation value creation through networking with various internal/external partners, and is concentrating on strengthening global innovative capacity through the suitable usage of external resources.

- Establishment and operation of the Technology Business Committee under the PharmaTech Business Center (PTBC; 91 companies in 2025).
- Network construction of internal/external technique transfer cooperation.
- Business fairㆍhosting closed meetings.
- Excavation of internal/external promising technologyㆍbusiness items and review by the Technology Business Committee (members).
- Hosting the InterBiz Bio-Partnering Forum (approximately 2,200 participants of 610 organizations per year(2020~2024)).
- Demand survey on technology export and promotion of foreign technology export.
- Publication and distribution of foreign organization that possessing license/cooperative technical information package (Vols. 1–9).
